I read with great interest in this morning TT (page 3) the article concerning the Rec Complex. I think that it is about time the the city give something to the children. We complain when they hang on corners ... we complain ... when they sit around playing video games ... we complain just about all of the time about the things that the do or do not do ... how active or inactive they are.
I think that this will be a great project to foster relations between the children of Scranton and the Scranton PD ... possibly this will deter gang activity.
